  CurrencyServer Windows Service
The CurrencyServer Windows Service is designed for either Windows Server 2000 or Windows Server 2003 with the current version of the service being implemented with .Net 2.0. Using the included configuration file, you will be able to detail how the service should operate. For example, the refresh interval can be set to one minute or greater. You will also be able to specify the name and path of the file that will contain the XML data that contains the current exchange rates. If you take advantage of daenet’s offer to use the CurrencyServer Web Service or the Currency Calculator at no cost then the data will be served from daenet’s installation of the CurrencyServer Windows Service. If you would prefer to have your own installation of the CurrencyServer Windows Service and be able to use other sources of exchange rate information then please get in touch with the daenet sales department - vertrieb@daenet.de.
